Compensation Range: $48 - 54 per hour
We are looking to hire an
Event Producer
for a non-profit client supporting their grassroots team with 13 upcoming events this year. As an Event Producer, you won't just manage logistics; you will help architect a nationwide event grassroots campaign focused on raising awareness across different organizational partnerships in diverse locations across the country.
Responsibilities
Orchestrate Monumental Experiences: Lead the full lifecycle of 13 unique events, transforming strategic visions into tangible, high-impact realities.
Champion Vendor Partnerships: Act as the primary liaison to secure and supervise top-tier AV and logistics vendors, ensuring seamless onsite performance.
Drive Operational Excellence: Develop comprehensive checklists, workflows and innovative solutions for real-time challenges, ensuring every detail aligns with our brand standards.
Cultivate Strategic Alliances: Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure event strategies hit the mark and resonate with diverse audiences.
Qualifications
Dynamic Field Leadership: This role is perfect for a "hands-on" producer who loves the energy of the field over a purely desk-bound strategy role.
Professional Growth: Expand your portfolio by managing complex productions with a supportive team that values your expertise.
Travel the Nation: Experience the heart of America with frequent travel for site visits and live executions.
Proven Expertise: 3-5 years in event production or operations (Nonprofit, Corporate, or Theater/Performance).
Adaptability: A track record of thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments with a solution-oriented mindset.
Clear Communication: An active listener who can lead diverse teams and vendors with clarity and poise.
Commitment: Ability to work onsite in Arlington, VA, and travel extensively as the campaign requires. Travel reimbursement included.
Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status. At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants. If you require a reasonable accommodation to make your application or interview experience a great one, please contact HRsupport@randstadusa.com.
Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Cella by randstad digital offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short-term disability, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).
