Install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems with precision, efficiency, and pride Lead and work alongside experienced teammates to plan and execute installations that meet company standards and local codes Measure, cut, and fit ductwork, piping, and electrical components for clean, professional installs Connect HVAC systems to existing ductwork, electrical, and controls while following all safety requirements Start up and test all systems, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments as needed Provide outstanding customer service by explaining system operation and offering maintenance best practices Maintain safe, organized job sites by following all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time, including work orders and equipment documentation What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC trade school or vocational training preferred Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role, with the ability to lead or mentor others Solid understanding of residential HVAC systems, components, and installation practices Knowledge of local building codes, safety requirements, and industry best practices Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Proficiency with hand and power tools required for HVAC installation and repair Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Why Jones Heating and Cooling
