Job Overview

The RGM Pricing Strategy Manager role is responsible for driving the Strategic Pricing agenda and capabilities for different product categories for a designated Brand Partner, for all Home Market channels (Grocery, Mass, Value, Convenience Retail, Club and Drug). This individual will play an instrumental role in shaping the Annual Business Plan for the categories they lead and identify and activate high-potential opportunities based on trends, post-event data, syndicated data, and commercial initiatives, all while collaborating with Commercial, RGM, and Customer Sales teams to deliver results. They will be accountable for the delivery of the annual Revenue, Rate, and Profit plan for CCCI while creating customer, consumer, and brand partner value. Duties & Responsibilities

Leads Pricing Strategy Design and Implementation

of initiatives that maximize revenue within a given set of channels and categories. Leads the strategic partnership

between CCCI and a designated Brand Partners, as well as the back-end processes for mutual value creation (e.g., funding, annual planning, insights, investment rates, COGS). Maintains channel and/or customer guardrails

and pricing guidelines to be implemented in the marketplace and through the annual planning process and represents and co-leads the RGM team in significant impact company-wide initiatives. Identifies pricing opportunities

and collaborates with teams to implement and streamline processes across complex system transitions. Manages and interprets multi-scenario models

to optimize revenue strategies. Administers frequent analysis on market initiatives

and presents results, solutions, and recommendations to Sr. Management by coordinating performance summaries and post-event ROI analytics. Leads the training and development activities

through education and on-boarding the RGM team and cross-functional partners, while collaborating with internal stakeholders on highly complex terms and business impacts (IP COGS, Marketing Credits, RGM Waterfall, CMA Agreements, Brand Partner Programs, etc.). Motivates teams to achieve performance metrics

and foster passion through consistent, effective communication and internal presentations and supporting all annual review development and processes to drive a peak performance culture. Drives process improvement and efficiencies across the RGM department. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate analytics into clear, compelling insights for senior leadership and customer teams. Experience influencing all levels of the organization through strategic, data-driven analysis. Proficient understanding of pricing and RGM principles Strong business acumen and understanding of the beverage business. Strong Project Management and communication skills Comfortable working with data and insights across Microsoft Office tools, Power BI dashboards, and in-house analytical systems. Experience within the CPG industry. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Marketing) Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge acquired through 4 or more years of relevant professional experience. Demonstrable experience in CPG or Retail Experience supporting annual planning, pre-planning, or commercial calendar management Work Environment
