Senior Consultant or Partner level .

Your role – scope and impact You will work on complex commercial transformation engagements across industries, supporting clients in translating strategy into measurable business results. Your responsibilities and degree of commercial ownership will be shaped by your experience and role level.
Typical responsibilities include:
Driving commercial excellence initiatives:
Leading strategic engagements focused on revenue growth, go-to-market strategies, sales and pricing transformation, and customer experience optimisation.
Leveraging digital capabilities:
Integrating digital solutions such as data analytics, CRM, digital customer engagement, e-commerce, lead generation, and generative AI into commercial strategies.
Client leadership:
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, facilitating key decision-making, and building long-term client relationships.
Project and team leadership:
Structuring complex problems, leading project teams, and developing consultants through hands-on guidance and mentoring.
Practice development:
Contributing to the growth of the Commercial & Growth Strategy practice in Switzerland and the DACH region through thought leadership, business development, and internal initiatives.
What you bring We are looking for individuals who combine analytical excellence with commercial acumen and strong people skills. Depending on seniority, you bring:
A
relevant master’s degree
from a leading university with strong academic results.
Significant experience in management consulting , typically
Senior Consultant level:
~5–8 years, with strong project and workstream leadership experience
Partner level:
10+ years, including responsibility for client relationships and business development
A proven track record in
commercial strategy and transformation , ideally with a strong digital edge.
Experience working with senior client stakeholders and navigating complex organisational environments.
For Partner-level candidates: a demonstrated ability to
originate, sell, and grow consulting engagements
and contribute to building a practice.
Fluency in
German and English , both written and spoken.
