Position Summary We are seeking an entry-level Sector Sales Specialist to join our Houston team. This role will focus on developing and managing relationships within one of the following primary sectors:
Hospitals & Healthcare Facilities
Mechanical Contractors & Schools
Property Management & Box Stores
You will be responsible for generating new business, supporting and growing existing accounts, and representing 24/7 Spot Coolers as a trusted solutions partner. No prior industry experience is required—we are committed to training and mentoring the right candidates.
Responsibilities
Develop and grow relationships within your assigned sector
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Conduct site visits and consult with customers to understand their cooling & heating needs
Prepare and present solutions, pricing, and proposals to customers
Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Professionally represent the company at networking events, site meetings, and industry functions
Qualifications
Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
or candidates with specific industry knowledge who want to expand their career in sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in sales
Professional, organized, and customer-focused
Valid driver\'s license and ability to travel locally within the Houston area
Basic computer skills and comfort using email, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
