All Sales Agronomist, PCA (Pest Control Advisor), and Crop Tech Specialist with a book of business should apply. QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking proven performers who meet all of the following criteria: Technical Authority:
Strong agronomic background or technical experience in crop health, crop management, soil health, and/or industry expert. Elite Sales History:
Many years of proven, high-performance sales experience in agriculture. Existing Network:
A personal book of business that includes 100+ active growers/farmers. Acreage Network:
A personal history of managing a book of business that collectively covers 5,000+ acres. COMPENSATION & REWARD
