We are looking for a proactive and skilled Pre-Sales Manager to support our sales efforts and help expand our presence in the U.S. market. Role Overview: As a Pre-Sales Manager, you will work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, tailor solutions to client needs, and facilitate smooth sales cycles. You will be a key liaison between our product teams and customers, ensuring clear communication and successful implementation of our SaaS offerings. Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales Managers to understand client requirements and develop customized SaaS solution demonstrations and presentations. Conduct detailed product demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops for potential clients. Address client technical questions, provide insights on product capabilities, and propose effective solutions aligned with their business goals. Support proposal development by creating technical documentation and responding to RFPs/RFIs. Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction. Gather client feedback and relay insights to internal teams to help drive product enhancements. Assist in identifying new opportunities through detailed market and client needs analysis. Requirements

Proven experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales in the SaaS or technology sectors, preferably within B2B environments. Strong technical background with understanding of cloud computing, APIs, data integration, and AI/ML concepts relevant to SaaS platforms. Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with technical and business stakeholders. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is preferred. Ability to analyze client needs and design tailored solutions that add business value. Willingness to relocate to New York or currently residing there is preferred. Experience or passion for the beauty or BeautyTech industry is a plus.
