Technical Account Manager

to join our client’s growing Memphis team. This role focuses on helping building owners modernize elevator systems - improving safety, performance, and long-term value across the region. What You’ll Do

Serve as a trusted advisor to new and existing clients, guiding them through hydraulic elevator modernization solutions Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and bid presentations to contract execution and follow-up Identify, develop, and convert opportunities using consultative sales strategies Collaborate with operations and project teams, conduct site visits, and ensure smooth handoffs through installation Support projects through completion, including submittals, change orders, and customer communication Stay current on elevator codes, product updates, pricing, and supplier offerings What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree and

1+ year of B2B sales experience , or

3+ years of elevator industry sales experience Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills Confidence presenting to clients and leading meetings Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Preferred:

Salesforce experience and ability to read blueprints or architectural drawings Compensation & Location
