You will work on multidiscipline design projects and collaborate closely with architecture and engineering staff, consultants, and sales representatives. Job Title : Architectural Drafter Responsibilities
Visit buildings and job sites to document existing conditions. Prepare accurate drawings and models in REVIT and/or AutoCAD from sketches after site visits. Develop technical details and construction drawings using REVIT and AutoCAD. Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments with minimal supervision. Coordinate and integrate building systems with architectural design. Effectively communicate with leadership to prioritize and complete work to meet deadlines. Perform other related duties, as assigned. Essential Skills
Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD. Minimum of five years of experience in the A/E Industry. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution is preferred. Experience in the design of K-12 educational facilities is preferred. Working knowledge of rendering software is a plus. Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Goshen, NY. Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $80,000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
