We are seeking a highly experienced
Technology Lead – UI/UX Designer
who combines strong design leadership with hands-on frontend development skills. The candidate will drive interaction standards, AI-powered user experience initiatives, and CMS architecture design while delivering scalable, accessible web and internal product experiences.
Responsibilities UI/UX Design Leadership (70%)
Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and information architecture for complex web applications.
Design high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using
Figma .
Establish and maintain design systems, component libraries, and interaction standards.
Present and defend design decisions to business and technical stakeholders.
Ensure
WCAG accessibility compliance
across all designs.
Adapt corporate design systems to product-specific needs.
Frontend Development (20%)
Implement designs using
HTML, CSS, JavaScript .
Build reusable UI components in
React / Drupal environments .
Develop functional prototypes using
Astro.js
for rapid iteration.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure design fidelity.
Internal Product Design (10%)
Lead UX design for
PowerApps and SharePoint
applications.
Design intuitive internal workflows and dashboards.
Translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
Maintain design documentation and specifications.
Required Skills
8–10 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
Expert in
Figma
(design systems, components, auto-layout, prototyping).
Strong frontend skills:
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React .
Experience with
Drupal CMS .
Familiarity with
PowerApps and SharePoint .
Solid understanding of
design systems, atomic design, accessibility (WCAG) .
Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills.
