Responsibilities
Conduct and facilitate seminars and workshops tailored to clients’ needs.
Engage with clients to gather and validate requirements.
Coordinate communication among all stakeholders to identify, monitor, and resolve dependencies.
Oversee and track project progress to ensure milestones are met.
Provide ongoing support for software solutions post-implementation.
Analyze and document client requirements comprehensively to deliver effective solutions.
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Developers, and other stakeholders to clarify, document, and align requirements across all parties.
Ensure high product quality and on-time deliverables.
Qualifications
University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology from a Greek or foreign institute
Minimum of five years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in banking payment solutions
Expertise in Funds Transfer operations, with emphasis on banking payment systems
In-depth knowledge of local and international payment systems (SEPA, SEPA Inst, Target2, SWIFT, etc.)
Very good knowledge of English language
Very good knowledge of MS-Office applications
Outstanding communications skills, with strong customer service orientation
Career motivation and a willingness to continue to further knowledge and skills
Technical knowledge and experience will be a plus
