(Senior) Consultant – Financial Modeling/Transaction Services (d/f/m) , you support our clients in making strategic financial decisions. As part of our Transaction Services team, you make deals visible: you analyze business models, prepare precise financial due diligence reports on both buy- and sell-side transactions, and help reduce risks while unlocking value potential. Your input helps deals reach their goals faster – from day one. Your Profile
Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field Initial relevant professional experience in Corporate Finance / M&A Transaction Services or auditing Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, ideally also Power BI Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken You bring initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and a hands-on mentality, and enjoy working independently and solution-oriented Why Radial Is Special
