
Overview
Walton Global is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support the Legal Department and report directly to the General Counsel. This role will serve as a central point of coordination for legal documentation, correspondence, and transactional support across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable serving as the gatekeeper for legal document flow while managing and maintaining the company’s digital legal files. This position will work closely with internal legal team members and cross-functional stakeholders and plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, organization, and accessibility of corporate legal records. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide paralegal support to the General Counsel and Legal Department on corporate and finance-related matters Support corporate and transactional legal work, including document preparation, organization, and execution tracking Serve as the primary custodian and digital file manager for all legal documents Maintain, organize, and manage legal files within SharePoint and internal document management systems Act as gatekeeper for legal correspondence, document intake, and document flow Coordinate document circulation, signature collection, and version control Assist with internal legal requests from business teams and leadership Ensure consistency, accuracy, and confidentiality of all legal documentation Collaborate with multiple internal legal stakeholders and external partners as needed Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a law firm corporate or finance transactional practice group In-house legal experience preferred, but not required Strong working knowledge of corporate and transactional legal documentation Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong emphasis on SharePoint Exceptional organizational and document management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a law firm corporate or finance transactional practice group In-house legal experience preferred, but not required Strong working knowledge of corporate and transactional legal documentation Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong emphasis on SharePoint Exceptional organizational and document management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information Preferred Qualifications
Highly organized and process-driven Comfortable functioning as a central coordinator and document gatekeeper Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team environment
