About the Role
The Vice President of Asset‑Backed Securitization will be responsible for leading and executing asset-backed securitization transactions across the full deal lifecycle, including structuring analysis, collateral review, cash flow modeling, and coordination of internal and external workstreams. Manage due diligence and documentation processes in partnership with legal counsel, rating agencies, trustees, and other transaction parties, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met to a high standard. Support strategic funding and capital markets initiatives by preparing transaction materials, presenting key findings to senior stakeholders, and monitoring portfolio performance to inform future issuance strategy and investor engagement.
Candidates will be required to bring proven experience in securitization, structured finance, or capital markets, with strong knowledge of ABS structures, transaction mechanics, and key stakeholders across the issuance process. Advanced analytical capability, including proficiency in cash flow modeling, collateral performance analysis, and translating complex financial concepts into clear recommendations. Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to operate across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining close attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, execution-focused approach, with the judgment and maturity to work effectively with senior leadership, external advisors, and investors.
