About the Role
The Regional Executive Director - Southern California will be responsible for leading regional growth and client coverage efforts across Southern California, including developing and executing a strategic business plan to expand relationships and drive revenue. This role will manage senior client engagement, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. The position will represent the organization externally through networking, industry events, and strategic partnerships, while maintaining a strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive positioning. The Regional Executive Director will also provide leadership across the region by supporting team performance, contributing to talent development, and ensuring a high standard of client service and operational execution.
The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience in a client-facing role within financial services, with a strong track record of building relationships and driving business growth in the Southern California market.
