As a Leasing Consultant, you're the first impression of our community‑building strong relationships with residents and prospects, and driving leasing success.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to leads via phone, email, and online platforms
Tour and promote the property
Track lead sources and trends
Prepare units for showings and move‑ins
Screen applicants (background, income, rental history)
Explain lease terms, deposits, and move‑in procedures
Provide resident support and resolve issues
Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
3+ years of leasing experience
Strong communication, organization, and tech skills
OneSite experience is a plus
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
Motivated, proactive, and a strong team player
Must be able to provide proof of valid vehicle insurance
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
