Client Support & Relationship Management
Review company-issued new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating, endorsement forms, and coverage.
Assist clients with loss claims and follow up as needed based on workflow.
Make pre-renewal calls to clients and provide client education as needed.
Obtain information requested by the insurance carrier underwriter.
Prepare Auto ID cards, Evidence of Property, Summary of Insurance, and Binders.
Service commercial lines accounts to eliminate gaps in coverage and reduce E&O exposures.
Assist Account Managers with various tasks to deliver excellent customer service to clients.
Input data into Epic (Agency Management System).
Observe and learn from team members to enhance skills.
Organize and execute scanning and clean‑up projects as directed.
Manage printing tasks and process incoming and outgoing department mail.
Execute additional tasks assigned by managers.
Qualifications and Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Customer‑first mindset and willingness to learn
Self‑starter with strong initiative and a continuous improvement mindset
Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills with excellent written and verbal communication
Detail‑oriented with strong listening skills
Team player with a "can‑do" attitude
