Business Development Manager We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to help us expand our token liquidity provision business globally.
Core Responsibilities
Source deal‑flow from new and existing protocols, which require liquidity providers at centralized exchanges
Possess an understanding of the crypto ecosystem globally; develop and utilize a network of crypto‑native partners across multiple sectors
Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of a project, from initial discussions through the onboarding process and past trading go‑live
Work closely with the trading team to design and negotiate agreements
Represent Cumberland’s brand globally at conferences and other industry events
Required Skills and Experience
3+ years of Sales or Business Development experience within the crypto industry
Candidates with proven track record in liquidity provision highly preferred
High sense of urgency, self‑motivation and entrepreneurship
Proven team‑player with ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
Data‑driven approach to decision making and priority setting
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Well organized and ability to multitask
Initiative and proven experience in independently driving projects to completion
Fluency in English required; ability to speak, read and write in other languages is a big plus
The annual base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $280,000 depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
