Specialist, Social Media Content Creator
to join their innovative team. As a
Specialist, Social Media Content Creator , you will be part of the Digital Marketing Department supporting the Social Media Strategy Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, adaptability, and a passion for storytelling, which will align successfully in the organization.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging video and static content for social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
Perform social listening to identify trending topics and opportunities for content creation that resonate with target audiences.
Design, produce, and edit content, including writing compelling post copy and serving as on-camera talent when needed.
Analyze content performance metrics and implement optimization strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and formats to ensure content remains relevant and innovative.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in content creation and/or social media management for brands or organizations.
Strong skills in graphic design and video editing using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, InShot, and CapCut.
Exceptional understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok, including their best practices and performance metrics.
Ability to synthesize data insights to inform creative content strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
