Outside Sales Professional (Sales)
Responsibilities
With McCall, participate in a fun work environment that supports growth and goals.
Contribute to delivering extraordinary experiences for customers and the community.
Operate with a safety-first mindset when using company vehicles and equipment.
Your Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Sales experience preferred
Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid)
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Ability to work in all weather conditions
