What you will do

Own and grow

a portfolio of Nordic key accounts across commercial print and office paper segments.

Work with

paper merchants, printers, converters, retailers, wholesalers, and resellers —influencing how uncoated papers are bought, sold, and used.

Develop strong, consultative relationships and

solve real customer needs .

Build account plans aligned to market strategy and deliver on

revenue, pricing, product mix, and service KPIs .

Shape

market and area strategy with the team.

Educate customers

on Sylvamo’ s brands, sustainability leadership, and supply chain strengths; sell across printing and converting and cut-sheet product segments.

Spot and shape opportunities— challenge the status quo , influence product and channel development, and be the

voice of the market inside Sylvamo .

Maintain strong commercial discipline: pricing, forecasting, credit, rebates, and reporting; share insights on competitors and market trends.

Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, planning, finance, and marketing to deliver reliable service and outcomes.

Travel regularly across the Nordics and occasionally to other European markets for team sessions and customer meetings.

What you will bring to the role

B2B commercial skillset

: account management, pipeline building, negotiation, prospecting, and delivering results with integrity.

Industry experience in paper or packaging is helpful—but

not essential . We value

character, capability, and curiosity

above tenure.

Experience working for a manufacturer in sales would be a plus.

Financial acumen

: pricing, mix optimization, risk control, and cost management to drive profitability.

A natural

relationship builder , credible with stakeholders from mill operations to C‑suite; confident communicator in Swedish or another Nordic language, plus English.

Bias for action

: organized, self‑starting, and resilient in a changing market.

Early career ready

: If you have 1–5 years in sales/commercial OR strong drive to learn, we’ll coach you to succeed. Experienced candidates are equally welcome.
