Global Marketing is the lead generation engine for the Private Client Group, and the Marketing Data & Analytics Team plays a critical role in that process. You will help guide key decisions while assessing performance.

The Opportunity As a Global PCG Marketing Data Analyst, you will help maintain the flow of data through the department, create transformation logic, and build extract and load jobs to move data in and out of Global PCG Marketing systems. Using skills in SQL, Excel (can perform complex functions), relational databases, and more, you will build data flows and hone your project management skills to support infrastructure improvements while broadly supporting the department through data analysis efforts. You will also learn how to critically assess problems and opportunities to improve efficiency.

The Day-to-Day

Work with Global PCG Marketing management to support data needs for marketing efforts

Build new processes and automating existing processes

Daily reporting for US and International Marketing teams

Understand the “why” and “how” of departmental data flow

Communicate clearly by distilling information down for a non-technical audience

Collaborate with other analysts, Global PCG Marketing managers, and database developers on both strategic plans and ongoing data infrastructure enhancement projects

Create new data flows through extract, transformation, and load (ETL)

Work in an AGILE framework to manage workload

Provide regular status updates to management

Manage ad hoc data requests from marketers to help meet a variety of needs such as troubleshooting data oddities, QA'ing data, building reporting modeling, and more

Your Qualifications

3+ years Data Analytics experience

Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerBI, or relational databases

A history of managing complexity

Demonstrated leadership and self-direction; capacity for learning new skills and willingness to share knowledge and teach others

Ability to communicate both technical and non-technical insights to all levels of management

Strong project management skills

Compensation

$80,000 - $110,000 base salary per year for employees in the state of WA. Employees new to the role should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.

Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
