Sales Support Representative

Inside Sales Representative

position as opportunities become available.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with order processing and data entry in ERP.

Prepare quotes, proposals, and order confirmations for customers.

Support the Sales teams with documentation and follow-up.

Help organize and participate in sales events and customer visits.

Research prospective customers and assist in qualifying new leads.

Learn about our steel products, including grades, dimensions, and finishes.

Train and develop skills for a future transition into a sales role.

What We’re Looking For

Eager to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Comfortable working with multiple priorities and systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems a plus.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required; we’re more interested in your attitude, initiative, and curiosity.
