Volkswagen of Santa Fe is seeking a skilled Automotive Used Car Technician to join our team in Santa Fe, NM. The position offers competitive pay, ranging from $18.00 to $35.00 per hour, with weekly payment.
Pay $18-$35 per hour
3 weeks of paid time off after 1 year.
Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and perform repairs on used vehicles to meet Volkswagen quality standards. Conduct thorough vehicle safety and function checks prior to sale. Perform routine maintenance and necessary mechanical repairs, including engine, brake, transmission, and electrical systems. Document work performed accurately and maintain records of repairs and inspections. Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle readiness. Stay current with automotive technologies and industry best practices. Requirements
Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with used vehicles. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and mechanical/electrical repair techniques. Ability to use diagnostic equipment and tools effectively.
