We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Supervisor for our boutique in Boca Raton Town Center. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee the performance and development of the sales team, cultivating an environment that reflects Ring Concierge’s commitment to excellence and luxury. Responsibilities
Lead the sales team to deliver elevated, memorable customer experiences while driving sales and client retention strategies. Collaborate with the General Manager to uphold high standards for store presentation, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and inventory management. Support store and market initiatives, including promotional events and activations. Model exemplary behavior on the sales floor, ensuring a seamless, client‑focused experience while managing opening and closing procedures. Adapt to a fast‑paced, evolving environment and demonstrate proficiency in retail technologies such as Shopify, Endear, and Slack. Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older. Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, focusing on collaboration, results, and future leader development. Experience in luxury retail with a solid understanding of premium accessories, including familiarity with materials, product details, and high‑end client expectations. Strong track record of cultivating and managing a client book, building lasting relationships that foster loyalty and repeat business. Flexible availability to respond to the dynamic needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Energetic presence on the sales floor, maintaining focus and professionalism while standing and walking for extended periods. Compensation
Hourly Pay Range: $23 to $27. This hourly‑plus‑commission model will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications. EEO Statement
