Summary The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing inside sales organization that drives revenue growth across Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence’s product and service portfolio. This role combines people leadership, sales execution, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen Hexagon’s market presence and customer engagement across the United States.

What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–12 inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed revenue and growth objectives.

Set clear performance expectations, establish KPIs, and drive accountability through regular performance reviews and coaching.

Oversee lead qualification, pipeline management, and opportunity progression to ensure forecast accuracy and sales discipline.

Partner closely with marketing, field sales, and product teams to maximize lead conversion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.

Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities; implement corrective action plans as needed.

Ensure consistent, high-quality customer engagement aligned with Hexagon’s standards for professionalism, precision, and service excellence.

Champion effective utilization of CRM and sales enablement tools (Salesforce preferred) to ensure data integrity, visibility, and reporting.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives to build a scalable and future-ready inside sales organization.

Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

2–5 years of progressive experience managing inside sales teams.

Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding team-based sales quotas in a B2B technology, software, or industrial solutions environment.

Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales professionals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools (Salesforce strongly preferred).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.

Experience selling manufacturing technology, metrology, automation, or SaaS solutions is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience leading

software-focused inside sales teams , particularly within a B2B or SaaS environment.

Experience developing or supporting

customer success processes , including engagement with net-new customers and delivery of customer success communications.

Frequent interaction with customers and internal teams via digital communication platforms.

Standard home office environment with low to moderate noise levels.
