for a trusted client with best in class service. Our client is seeking an experienced marketing professional who blends creativity, strategy, and heart. This role is for someone who sees marketing as more than metrics—someone who believes stories build trust, inspire action, and make a real difference. You’ll help shape campaigns that connect authentically while supporting a mission‑driven organization in the insurance space.

$70,000 - $80,000 annually
What You’ll Do Partner across marketing, sales, and operations to drive aligned, impactful campaigns. Translate data, trends, and insights into meaningful marketing strategies. Create and manage content across newsletters, social media, and digital channels. Strengthen brand voice and ensure all messaging reflects company values. Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to resonate with clients. Support process improvements to increase efficiency and impact.
What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3–5 years of marketing experience (B2B and insurance experience a plus). Strong mix of traditional and digital marketing skills. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and HubSpot. Creative storyteller with analytical thinking and strong communication skills.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
