Jewelry Television - Junior Photographer
Role Summary
The Junior Photographer supports the execution of photography projects across marketing and brand initiatives, while also assisting with foundational video creation and production tasks. This role focuses on hands‑on photography, basic video capture and editing, asset preparation, and learning established creative standards and workflows. The Junior Photographer works under the direction of another Photographer and collaborates with the broader creative marketing team to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand visual content.
Key Responsibilities Photography & Video Production Support
Execute photography assignments for marketing campaigns, digital channels, social media, and internal use under established creative direction
Support basic video capture for campaigns and social content
Assist with photo and video shoots, including setup, lighting, and breakdown
Capture, edit, and deliver photography assets and basic video content according to brand standards
Apply approved AI‑assisted tools to support photography and video workflows, following established guidelines and processes
Work closely with other Photographers to understand creative briefs, shot lists, and priorities
Incorporate feedback and direction to refine work and improve output quality
Collaborate with designers, social media, and content partners as needed
Asset Management & Workflow
Organize, tag, and maintain photography assets according to established file management standards
Prepare and deliver final assets within defined timelines
Follow established workflows, naming conventions, and production processes
Professional Development
Actively develop photography skills, including composition, lighting, and post‑production
Stay informed on tools, techniques, and best practices as directed
Participate in training, feedback sessions, and performance check‑ins
Qualifications
Prefer 1–3 years of professional or equivalent photography experience (including internships or freelance work)
Working knowledge of camera equipment, lighting basics, and photo editing software
Ability to follow creative direction and apply feedback
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment
