As we expand in scale and scope, the strength of our sales engine and organizational structure must evolve accordingly.
About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Associate in Sales Strategy & Operations to drive growth within the Advertising business across our International segments. In this role, you will work directly with sales leaders to enhance productivity and revenue across DoorDash’s marketing products, launch new processes, and execute with meticulous detail. You will collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, operations, product, and analytics teams to strengthen our partnership with SMB partners.

We’re excited about you because… Hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 3+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or sales/strategy; high‑growth or early‑stage startup experience is a plus
Are data‑driven and able to analyze data with strong attention to detail, telling the story behind the numbers
Think strategically, using first principles to solve challenging Stereo- business problems at their root level
Have a proven track record of executing new processes and delivering tangible outcomes
Lead projects, work in teams, and motivate people across all levels
Translate high‑level goals into actionable plans and tasks
Have experience with Salesforce and other CRMs
Have worked with sales leaders and product teams (knowledge of advertising products is a bonus)
Excel skills that can handle complex functions and large datasets; SQL knowledge is strongly preferred Compacja>taxa> attentionpayer>h3
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the range of $88,400–$130,000 USD, based on location, experience, and market conditions. Options for equity grants are also available.
