About the Role
The Group Anchor will support the Group Executive, Project Manager, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field Personnel. This role will act as the group liaison with Job Cost/Accounting and other Corporate departments

About the Role
The Group Anchor will support the Group Executive, Project Manager, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field Personnel. This role will act as the group liaison with Job Cost/Accounting and other Corporate departments
What you will do
- Assist Project Managers and Group Executives review monthly project substantiations.
- Support the audit process for select projects.
- Assist with monthly tool rental logs.
- Aid with contracts, change orders, and budget reconciliation. Handle job setups, budgets, billings, job closures, and insurance certificates.
- Learn, train, and enforce company processes and procedures within the group.
- Understand customer payment applications and related billing documents.
- Have knowledge of or be willing to learn about lien rights and waivers.
- Develop an understanding of contractual terms from job award to completion.
- Organize and maintain electronic files.
- Arrange and attend meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute notes and reports.
- Compose, format, and edit internal and external correspondence, including agreements and proposals.
- Perform other office tasks and special projects as needed.
- 1-2 years' experience in the field of Construction or Engineering field and/or Union experience a plus.
- Word, Excel, Outlook, Blue Beam or Adobe software skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and take the initiative to provide support/follow-up.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to exercise prudent judgment in the absence of supervisory personnel.
- Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality and sensitivity.
