We bring together a multidisciplinary team of revered, in‑house physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision‑based care for Atria members and their families. Each member’s care is led by a dedicated Chief Medical Officer who collaborates on your behalf with specialists in cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, gynecology, endocrinology, performance, and movement, among others. Our clinicians work closely with the 60+ members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, top experts available for rapid consults, support, and referrals. Essential Functions – Guest Experience Serve as the face of Atria, providing a warm, professional welcome and ensuring a personalized, memorable experience for each member. This includes recognizing regular and high‑profile members by last name and attending to their specific preferences. Assist in the execution of one‑size‑fits‑one curated hospitality moments. Curate thoughtful food and beverage offerings for members and gift amenities for ongoing member engagements. Direct and alert hospitality services team on each member’s appointment details and testing, influencing service such as fasting or full bladder requirements. Communicate with upper management about scheduling, guest preferences, and notable issues. Assist the General Manager and MOD with all aspects of running a first‑class health and wellness center. Floor Leadership & Training Support event execution. Estimate food and beverage needs, place daily orders with vendor partners while keeping track of time management and delivery. Daily manage hospitality service flow for Atria’s members & reorganize room assignments as needed. Manage guest flow and adjust seating strategy in real time. Train, guide, and supervise the greeter team, ensuring adherence to Atria’s high standards of service, appearance, and steps of service. Administrative Learn and understand the fundamentals of all clinical testing available at Atria. Maintain and support the team with hospitality operations, updating member preferences on Monday CRM, and manage daily Line Up Notes based on availability and institute needs. Coordinate special requests from C‑Level. Maintain member notes and feedback‑worthy experiences in Monday CRM. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including specials and dietary alternatives, and lead staff by example to assist guests with recommendations and pairings. Range: $28 – $32 (hourly) Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in a customer service or luxury hospitality role, preferably in a healthcare or high‑end service setting. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Keen attention to detail and the ability to provide personalized service to each member. Experience with high volume in a luxury hospitality or concierge healthcare environment. Calm, even‑kept leader with experience managing teams. A warm and welcoming personality, with a genuine desire to create exceptional experiences for Atria’s members. Must be financially accountable, meeting outlined budgets. Operate with speed and grace in high‑pressure scenarios. Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
