Overview Woodland Hills, or LA surrounding area is highly preferred- he would like someone local to come onsite for key meetings 1x/week or every other week.
Working for website team- creating web pages- needs someone who can create web pages, layouts paragraphs, headlines- work with business on what is needed and create content and web page. Creating and implementing within a web page is the most relevant experience- writing for the web. Does not want someone to plug and play must be able to create from scratch.
Manager considers resume layouts when making decisions- if the resume has a nice layout and content he uses this as an indicator they will perform well in the role.
AEM experience is preferred but not required, any other similar tool experience is OK- Sitecore, Wordpress, etc.
Financial industry is required so they have experience in a fast pace, highly regulated industry and understand the environment.
Responsibilities Create and manage content pipelines across multiple disciplines.
Define, plan and create content strategies and calendars inclusive of seasonality, audience segments, and existing content libraries (PDFs, print and traditional media assets).
Incorporate SEO strategies and best practices during the content creation process.
Create and manage content within Adobe Experience Manager inclusive of Sites & Pages, Content Fragments, Assets, Experience Fragments and Tags.
Support ongoing software roadmaps through identifying new requirements/features, reporting bugs, collaborating with UX designers and testing/approving new feature development.
Monitor and analyze how our competitors are representing themselves, promoting their products and supporting the client experience through web strategies.
Job Requirements College degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Interactive Media, Journalism or similar program.
5+ years of specialized experience creating and managing content calendars in support of financial concepts and products within the retirement, savings and insurance industries.
5+ years of experience and/or certification with web content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Yext, Content Stack, Drupal, Sitecore, WordPress, Contentful, Optimizely, Webflow, etc.
5+ years of experience tagging, tracking and analyzing content impact through advanced use of data platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Claravine, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Conductor, among others.
Subject matter expertise with SEO tools such as Conductor, BrightEdge, and Semrush regarding content generation, content auditing and content optimization.
Experience utilizing a marketing operations platform to create content calendars and production pipelines such as Aprimo, Workfront, Wrike, etc..
General understanding and familiarity with AGILE development with experience supporting feature development (release planning, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT support, etc.).
Strong writing skills including 3+ years of financial industry experience planning, creating and managing digital content.
