About HATCH: HATCH Architecture is an 8-year-old, Los Angeles-based, multidisciplinary design studio entering a dynamic phase of expansion. Our work spans residential, hospitality, commercial, cultural, master planning, product design, brand experience, landscape, and institutional projects across the United States and internationally. Rooted in a philosophy of environmental symbiosis, we approach design as a bridge between the natural world and high-performance architecture. Our studio explores sustainability across all scales: from net-zero residences and regenerative landscapes to innovative adaptive-reuse projects, wellness resorts, and future-forward material research. Our ambition is bold: to grow HATCH into a globally recognized design practice producing meaningful, poetic, and deeply responsible work. Our Culture: We are a small, driven team of architects and designers who value creativity, rigor, humility, and curiosity. We work collaboratively, think deeply, push for excellence, and maintain a culture of respect and open dialogue. Every team member has a direct impact on design quality, project outcomes, and the evolution of the studio. We value authorship. Ambition and curiosity here lead to meaningful influence and fast advancement.
