This Marketing Manager role is designed for a marketer who deeply understands the automotive dealership landscape and knows how to translate complex technology into content, campaigns, and conversations that resonate with dealers, operators, and industry leaders. You will execute marketing strategy in close partnership with the Director of Marketing and collaborate daily with a Creative Director and Graphic Designer to bring the brand to life across every touchpoint.
The Role Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager is responsible for executing marketing strategy with speed, precision, and strong brand instincts. This is a hands‑on role for someone who has lived inside automotive marketing—who understands dealer pain points, industry language, buying cycles, and how trust is earned in this space.
You will own day‑to‑day execution across organic social, video, paid media, earned media, and content initiatives. While you will collaborate with creative partners on design, you are expected to be highly fluent in content creation, editing, and optimization—especially short‑form and long‑form video.
What You’ll Do Automotive‑Focused Marketing Execution Execute marketing strategy specifically tailored to automotive and RV dealerships
Translate AI‑driven product capabilities into clear, relevant messaging for dealers
Support go‑to‑market initiatives, feature launches, and industry moments
Organic Social & Content Leadership Own organic social execution, with a heavy emphasis on LinkedIn and video‑first content
Create, edit, and optimize short‑form and long‑form video for social, sales, and brand use
Understand what content performs in the automotive space and why
Video, Design & Editing Fluency Personally handle light design, video editing, and content assembly as needed
Collaborate with the Creative Director and Graphic Designer to scale higher‑end assets
Ensure visual and written content consistently reflects brand standards and tone
Podcast & Thought Leadership (Preferred) Support or lead podcast‑related initiatives, including guest sourcing, promotion, and content repurposing
Identify opportunities to position leadership and product voices in relevant automotive conversations
Repurpose long‑form conversations into high‑performing social and video content
Paid & Earned Media Manage a modest paid media budget focused on efficiency and dealer relevance
Identify and pursue earned media opportunities including podcasts, press, partnerships, and industry platforms
Build credibility for TheCRM through authentic presence rather than overly promotional tactics
Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales to support pipeline, events, and dealer engagement
Collaborate with product and leadership to ensure alignment across messaging and positioning
Act as a reliable executor who keeps initiatives moving forward
Required Experience & Skills Direct experience marketing to automotive or RV dealerships is required
Strong organic social media experience, especially LinkedIn
Proven ability to create, edit, and publish video content
Excellent copywriting skills with strong brand judgment
Comfortable working hands‑on while collaborating with creative leadership
Understanding of how earned media works in the automotive ecosystem
Preferred Experience Podcast production, promotion, or guest management experience
Experience marketing AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology to dealers
Familiarity with dealership CRMs, lead management, or sales workflows
