Opportunity

We are eager to welcome a Digital Media Manager to our Client Services team. This pivotal role involves managing client relationships and representing Flywheel as a trusted partner. You will work with major clients to overcome complex challenges on Amazon and other platforms, ensuring their success through effective media strategies.

As a Digital Media Manager, you will create, monitor, and analyze marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Search and Display on Amazon. You should be prepared to independently manage large client accounts while engaging meaningfully in daily operations and strategy discussions. Your role will also involve mentoring junior team members, fostering their development as professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily and bi-weekly client meetings to drive strategic discussions.
  • Assist clients in planning budgets and developing campaigns aligned with their KPIs.
  • Guide clients on product optimizations and educational strategies for successful campaign execution.
  • Manage keyword selection and bid levels across all advertising options.
  • Create and manage detailed reporting and performance insights for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Establish and communicate key metrics and track campaign progress.
  • Analyze customer shopping behaviors to enhance outcomes.
  • Oversee the promotional planning calendar for client campaigns.
  • Mentor junior team members, supporting their professional growth within Flywheel.
  • Monitor campaign activity against budgets and track pacing regularly.
  • Review search and display campaigns daily, providing analysis weekly and monthly.
  • Maintain regular communication with the internal Retail team when handling full-service media and retail engagements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and translate macro insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify growth opportunities for managed clients.
  • Quickly address and resolve client issues as they arise.
  • Communicate the value Flywheel provides to our clients consistently.
  • Travel as needed based on client requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in account management or a client-facing role.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and advertising, particularly on Amazon's advertising platforms; financial/analytical experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills, capable of working under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in developing and managing online promotion campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Innovative, adaptable thinker who utilizes data to drive decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Compensation and Benefits:

Flywheel Commerce Network is committed to equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by factors including skills, experience, and work location.

Salary Range: $78,000 - $110,000 USD.
