JOB DESCRIPTION FOX Sports is looking for a Senior Director, On-Air Promotions to join the team in Los Angeles, CA. The Senior Director will manage and oversee the high churn TvT workload as well as manage a team of Writer/Producers and Creative Directors, along with their produced work. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and oversee TvT workload Script writing Spot production Ensure proper usages of provided toolkits/assets Manage a team of Creative Directors and Writer/Producers Mentor and help the grow the team, with the ultimate goal being internal opportunities Improve overall quality of the team Improve career path and creative growth of the team WHAT YOU WILL NEED Vast management experience Knowledge of production process - script writing, editing, design, audio, budgeting, scheduling Leadership, managerial, and organizational skills Able to work weekends and evenings as needed, and travel as needed We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
