What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to secure a minimum of $3 million annually in revenue
Research and identify new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing partners
Lead the full sales cycle including outreach, proposal development, and presentations
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to identify and develop business opportunities
Act as an external ambassador for the organization, promoting its mission and values
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree and 10-15 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding large revenue goals
Ability to create and close new business opportunities independently
Experience in developing comprehensive partnership proposals
Willingness to travel up to 25% and work evenings and weekends as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Strong deal/partnership lead-to-close ratio
Experience supervising a team of direct reports or volunteers
Background in working for a national nonprofit to manage partnerships
