Role Overview As Head of Strategy and Transformation, Operations, you will report to the Global Head of Operations and define the long‑term strategic vision for the Global Operations organization. Key Responsibilities
Develop, refine, and communicate the multi‑year Global Operations Strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial targets. Conduct deep analysis of operational performance, market trends, competitors, benchmarks, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and risks. Define, track, and report on operational KPIs and targets. Design, prioritize, and manage a portfolio of high‑impact transformation initiatives, implementing system, process, and organizational changes. Establish a governance framework to monitor project progress and benefits realization. Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma). Serve as liaison with Finance, Technology, Product, and other stakeholders to integrate the operations strategy. Lead organizational change management, ensuring stakeholder buy‑in and adoption. Build and mentor a high‑performing strategic planning team. Manage acquisition integration and M&A due diligence support. Develop future talent capabilities, including cybersecurity, up‑skilling current staff, and attracting new talent. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $195,000 – $350,000 (San Jose, CA); compensation may vary by location.
