Company.ai
Overview
Company.ai is building a network of category defining AI products in stealth mode. Examples of what we are creating and actively expanding: Email.com How.com Face.com Notebook.com We believe the next decade belongs to vertical AI products that people actually use every day. Each product is standalone, and together they compound through shared identity, shared context, shared distribution, and shared learning loops. What You Will Sell
You will lead with Email.com and expand across the suite as the wedge proves itself. The pitch is measurable outcomes: Faster execution on workflows Higher quality communication and decision making Less manual work across teams Reliable, safe, instrumented agent behavior You will sell to
Startups that move fast and want an unfair advantage today Enterprises that need reliability, security posture, and clear ROI You will not inherit a mature playbook. You will help write it. Best Fit
You are deeply embedded in the SF startup scene and you can consistently get high quality meetings with decision makers. You already have a strong San Francisco buyer network and you can open doors fast across founders, operators, and enterprise teams. The Mission of This Role
Turn our product advantage and domain advantage into revenue, adoption, and a repeatable go to market engine in San Francisco. Own pipeline end to end: ICP definition, outbound, inbound conversion, discovery, pilots, procurement, close, expansion Build a startup motion that is fast: tight messaging, simple pilots, clear value in days not months Build an enterprise motion that is credible: stakeholders, security reviews, legal, ROI models, champions, procurement Design pilot playbooks: success criteria, timelines, instrumentation, rollout plan, expansion path Partner with product and engineering: turn sales learnings into roadmap, packaging, pricing, onboarding, and proof points Create the GTM system: messaging library, objection handling, case studies, sequences, and a repeatable cadence Close partnerships when they shorten time to revenue: agencies, platforms, communities, distribution allies What Success Looks Like
You land initial logos in SF across startups and at least one serious enterprise pilot You create a repeatable wedge for Email.com with clear activation metrics and expansion triggers You deliver a crisp narrative that makes buyers understand why this is inevitable for them You build a forecast you actually trust, based on real conversion math and tight stage definitions What We Are Looking For
Clean ownership. You run toward ambiguity and turn it into a system You can sell to both startups and enterprise buyers without changing into a different person You are strong at discovery and pain mapping, and you can translate product into outcomes You are obsessed with speed and learning loops, not long cycles with no signal You are technical enough to sell AI products credibly, including tool use, reliability, and evaluation You can write. Great outbound, great decks, great one pagers, great follow ups You keep messaging simple, sharp You are SF based and can meet customers in person frequently Qualifications

You do not wait for leads Comfort running pilots: setting success criteria, running weekly exec updates, turning results into expansion Analytical discipline: you manage the funnel like an operator, not a storyteller High integrity selling: you do not overpromise, you build long term trust Nice to have
Early stage experience as first AE or first GTM hire Experience selling workflow products that touch email, ops, sales, or knowledge Experience building community driven distribution in SF Work
Hybrid with fast feedback loops and high trust Ship by default and measure what matters Direct communication, no politics, clean ownership and accountability High craft standards across product, engineering, and GTM Competitive salary plus meaningful upside Top tier tooling and support to move fast A suite of brands with built in distribution and intent because the domain is the category How To Apply
