The Role We’re hiring a Head of Growth to build and lead the engine that turns interest into activation, adoption, and long-term product usage. Sitting at the center of Marketing, Product, and Data, this role owns growth strategy across channels, including content, community, partnerships, events, performance marketing, and lifecycle. The mandate is clear: ensure every dollar and every effort invested in growth translates into meaningful activation and durable usage particularly with senior enterprise technology leaders who are highly time-constrained, discerning, and difficult to reach. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for a growth leader who thrives in startup environments and knows how to blend experimentation, product intuition, and strong execution. You will shape how users experience the product from their first interaction through long-term adoption, working closely with cross-functional partners to remove friction, accelerate time-to-value, and build growth systems that compound over time rather than chase short-term wins. What You’ll Own
Own growth strategy across acquisition, activation, engagement, and expansion Lead growth across content, community, partnerships, events, performance marketing, and lifecycle Ensure growth efforts drive meaningful activation and sustained product usage, not vanity metrics Partner closely with Marketing to align demand generation with downstream engagement Lifecycle & Engagement
Shape the user journey from first touch through onboarding and long-term engagement Build lifecycle programs that improve time-to-value and ongoing usage Identify and address drop-off points across the funnel Experimentation & Measurement
Own the growth experimentation roadmap across channels and lifecycle Define clear hypotheses, success metrics, and learning goals Track and report on activation, engagement, and retention outcomes Translate insights into clear recommendations for leadership Product Partnership
Collaborate with Product on onboarding, activation, and UX improvements Use data to inform prioritization and iteration where product changes impact growth Startup Leadership
