Oversee cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and external partners.

Monitor emerging AI technologies, tools, and methodologies, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing within the AI team.
Represent the company at industry conferences, forums, and with key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, data privacy standards, and ethical guidelines in all AI initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of IT experience. Strong experience in AI, machine learning, data analytics, or related disciplines.
Proven track record of managing large-scale AI programs and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
Strong leadership skills with experience building and leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
Expertise in AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, cloud-based AI services).
In-depth understanding of data governance, security, and ethical considerations in AI.
