About the Role

The Regional Executive Director will be responsible for leading regional business development and client relationship management efforts, driving revenue growth through strategic planning, market expansion, and targeted prospecting. This role will oversee senior client engagement, develop long-term partnerships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions across a broad range of client needs. The position will represent the business externally through industry networking, events, and key stakeholder interactions, while providing market intelligence and competitive insights to support regional strategy. The Regional Executive Director will also support team performance by contributing to coaching, pipeline management, and ensuring a high standard of client service and execution.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a senior sales, relationship management, or leadership role within financial services, with a proven ability to build and grow a high-value client portfolio. Candidates must demonstrate strong commercial acumen, a consistent track record of meeting revenue targets, and the ability to influence and engage senior decision-makers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to operate independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, strategically minded, and able to represent the business with professionalism while managing multiple priorities across a defined region.
