**About the role:**As the NOC Director, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Boldyn’s Network Operations Center. This role combines high-level planning with hands-on guidance to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team performance in a 24x7x365 environment. You will influence organizational priorities, foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and key clients. Based in our * DAS experience preferredProven ability to lead diverse teams and inspire high performance in a fast-paced environment. Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with a focus on operational optimization. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, both technical and non-technical. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or directly related field (or equivalent experience).7+ years of experience in enterprise-scale NOC operations, including 3+ years in leadership roles. Ability to influence decisions and build trust across organizational levels. **Technical & System Skills** Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks. Experience implementing automation and analytics tools for operational efficiency. Proficiency in incident, change, and escalation management processes.
