Your Impact Axon’s rapid growth has created the need for a dynamic leader to implement new processes and technology across Finance and Accounting. Your problem‑solving skills, business acumen and technical expertise will help bring technology to bear on our processes and drive efficiency and growth.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with senior finance and accounting leaders to understand business needs, challenges and improvement opportunities.

Design effective business‑process solutions that support growth, improved customer experience and strong internal controls.

Translate business requirements into technology and process‑improvement solutions.

Develop and communicate the vision and roadmap for Finance and Accounting improvements, prioritising functionality and implementation.

Help drive the selection, customization and implementation of financial systems.

Negotiate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on architecture and solutions.

Drive adoption of best practices in financial data management, reporting and analytics.

Lead change management, driving user adoption and process adherence.

Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Establish milestones and deliverables, monitoring adherence to schedule at the milestone/delivery level.

Coordinate user interactions for project activities, including requirements, testing and validation.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field.

10+ years of experience in finance/accounting and IT/systems, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of designing and implementing complex financial systems in a fast‑paced environment.

Deep understanding of ERP systems, financial reporting and compliance requirements.

Experience with M&A integrations.

Preferable experience with Dynamics 365, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, Vertex and/or Aptitude RevStream.

Strong project‑management skills, leading cross‑functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic thinker with a problem‑solving mindset and focus on continuous improvement.

Experience in the technology industry, particularly in a company that sells hardware, software and services.

Successful experience with business‑process modeling and mapping requirements to technology.

Excellent written and verbal communication, conveying business impact of design, dependencies and process.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate, lead actions and adapt to change.

Self‑starter with a track record of success in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Ability to challenge the status quo to drive results.

Location Hybrid presence based near our US hubs—Boston, San Francisco, Atlanta, Sterling, Denver, Seattle, New York City or Scottsdale. Onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, remote on Mondays unless approved for accommodation. In‑office culture fosters meaningful teamwork, mentorship and shared success.

Pay Range $205,875–$329,400 USD.
