We are looking for a Google Ads Account Manager -(Lead Generation Focus) who lives in the numbers, understands intent-based traffic, and knows how to scale campaigns profitably. As a Google Ads Account Manager, you will be responsible for building, managing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads accounts for multiple clients. You’ll own performance, communicate clearly with clients, and work closely with leadership to drive quality lead flow that leads to deals. This is not a “set it and forget it” role. We expect proactive optimization, strong strategy, and accountability. Responsibilities: • Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search primarily; Display/YouTube a plus) • Structure accounts properly (campaigns, ad groups, keywords, match types) • Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent lead generation • Write and test high-converting ad copy • Implement and monitor conversion tracking (calls, forms, pipelines) • Manage budgets and hit target CPL/CPA goals Perform weekly optimizations: • Search term mining • Negative keyword expansion • Bid strategy adjustments • Ad copy testing • Landing page feedback • Implementing Tag Manager Adjustments Qualifications: • 2+ years managing Google Ads accounts (lead generation preferred) Strong understanding of: • Match types & search intent • Keyword Optimization • Conversion tracking & attribution • Experience managing multiple accounts at once • Data-driven mindset (you care about CPL, ROI, and lead quality) • Clear written and verbal communication • Comfortable working collectively in a group setting • Comfortable working with clients directly Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
