As a crucial member of the Advertising Trust Policy & Integrity team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with various Amazon business lines, shaping the customer experience and long-term strategy for Amazon Advertising's success. We are a diverse and innovative team with extensive experience in online advertising, dedicated to solving complex challenges and ensuring brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with a portfolio of Amazon-owned and operated publishers on behalf of the Ads Trust Policy Team.
  • Communicate risks effectively, including through high-quality presentations, to support understanding and consensus among internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product teams by creating business requirement documents to ensure compliance with advertising policies.
  • Build strong relationships across various policy teams within Ads Trust, Sales, Legal, Public Relations, and other relevant business units to support policy management.
  • Occasionally address high-risk escalations in collaboration with moderation and support teams.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of ad tech systems and Amazon's unique functions to inform policy work.

A Day in Your Role:

In your daily work, you'll monitor the accuracy and relevance of policies using various signals, handle escalated compliance questions, and assess locale-specific requirements. You'll recommend policy changes based on risk assessments and work closely with product teams to address potential risks. Your ability to collaborate with internal publishers and external supply partners will be vital, as well as identifying opportunities for resource sharing and coordination among teams.

About Our Team:

The Ad Policy team manages global advertising policies across all products and Amazon Publishers. We are an integral part of Amazon Advertising, influencing customer interactions with every ad served, always with a customer-centric focus.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Law, Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • Experience in programmatic advertising.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with advertising publishers and marketing/creative agencies.

The base pay for this position ranges from $124,600 to $206,100 annually, depending on geographic market and experience. Additional compensation may include equity and various benefits. This position will remain open until filled. Please apply through our career site.
