
Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent
Location: Dallas, TX Department: Sales Job Type: Full-Time We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. Engage with prospective and existing clients by phone, in person, and online. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, health, etc.). Provide policy quotes, explain coverage options, and respond to customer inquiries in both languages. Build lasting relationships with clients to maintain retention and referrals. Assist clients through the application and claims processes with exceptional service. Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics set by management. Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software. Stay up to date with industry trends, product updates, and compliance regulations. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and outreach events as needed. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain upon hire. Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). 1+ year(s) sales or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM platforms).
