Overview
We are currently looking for a Coordinator to join our Content Partnerships team based on‑site (5 days per week) in West Hollywood, CA. This role will play a key part in supporting core content workflows and helping to grow, expand, and more effectively manage our content partnerships.
Responsibilities
Manage channel and content review workflows by tracking submissions, reviewing and summarizing opportunities, synthesizing cross‑team feedback, and coordinating the process across Paramount DTC.
Support partnership leads with inbound requests, business reviews, and special projects; manage select partner accounts and work with content operations to maintain content flow and timely deliveries.
Manage the content deal pipeline by inputting and tracking deal progress, key terms, rights, payments, and availability windows, including renewals, extensions, and end dates.
Disseminate content launch information, deal summaries, and partner updates to key internal stakeholders across content operations, editorial, marketing, ad operations, PR, finance, and legal.
Leverage research and data analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic recommendations.
Assist with internal projects and with regular and ad‑hoc management presentations.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of experience, preferably in entertainment and/or online media.
BA/BS preferred.
Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of TV/Film content acquisition and distribution (windows, contract terminology).
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner to all levels of seniority.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (or similar tools) is required; experience with Airtable is preferred.
Benefits and Compensation
Hiring Salary Range: $42,000.00 – $63,000.00. The range applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
