24 Seven Talent is hiring: Tiktok Content Creator (Freelance) in New York

We’re hiring a Freelance TikTok Content Creator to concept, shoot, and publish fast-moving, culturally fluent content for a leading retail + fashion e-commerce brand. This is an ongoing, part-time role for creators who live and breathe streetwear, sneakers, high-end fashion, and sports- Role Overview You’ll be a front-facing TikTok creator producing content that feels native to the platform—personal, fast, and culture-driven. You should be comfortable on camera, have a distinct POV on style and product, and know how to move quickly from idea to upload. What You’ll Do Concept, script (when needed), shoot, and edit TikTok-native videos from your phone. Translate product drops, launches, and cultural moments into reactive, trend-aligned content. Develop recurring series and content hooks that can run weekly or monthly. Experiment with formats (GRWMs, hauls, styling tips, fit checks, unboxings, “day in the life,” etc.). Keep pace with TikTok trends, audio, and memes, and apply them in a way that feels on-brand. Deliver a consistent volume of content on a weekly basis, with quick turnaround times. Incorporate performance feedback and iterate based on views, engagement, and watch time. What We’re Looking For Platform-native creator: Proven experience creating high-performing TikTok (or Reels/Shorts) content, ideally in fashion, sneakers, or culture. On-camera presence: Comfortable as the face of content—authentic, confident, and conversational. Culture-first POV: Deep familiarity with streetwear, sneaker releases, sports style, and modern fashion aesthetics. Execution speed: Ability to move from idea to published content quickly and independently. Production skills: Strong self-shooting and mobile editing skills; you know how to make vertical video look clean and intentional. Storytelling & hooks: You know how to open videos with a strong hook and keep viewers watching. Portfolio: TikTok handle or portfolio showcasing relevant, platform-native work. Style & Reference We’re looking for a look and feel aligned with modern fashion / streetwear creators and event partners. Think: clean fits, strong personal style, and a natural connection to product and culture. Freelance / contract, part-time (10-15 hours per week). Month-to-month extension based on performance and content quality. Self-produced content, shot in your own environment or city (New York).
