As a Creative Designer on our dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to craft original and visually stunning designs for T-shirts and a variety of promotional products. Your creativity will shine through as you tackle projects that range from moderately complex to highly intricate.
In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, mastering brand guidelines and visual identity systems to ensure every deliverable meets our high standards. You'll design new logos, layouts, and customer concepts, leading projects from concept to completion. Close collaboration with sales, account managers, merchandising, and production teams will be key to executing designs that enhance brand recognition and meet business goals.
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping current on design trends and retail graphics. Your innovative ideas will play a crucial role in our creative sessions, and you'll take full ownership of your projects.

What's Needed:
Basic Qualifications:

Associate's degree in a creative/design field or equivalent experience.

4+ years of relevant experience in a design or creative role.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in the decoration or promotional industry is preferred.
